A Shell Addition comes with a 2 year water invasion warranty.

We encourage all customers to have their Shell Addition built with an exterior finish.

There are many differences in installation practices with windows, doors and exterior brick or siding applications that can cause problems should they not be installed by professionals.

They can also continue to be warranted by the manufacturer.
