Shell Additions will secure the required Building Permits for you when possible. Some cities require the owner to obtain the permits for the whole job. All inspections performed by the city during the shell construction will be called and dealt with by this company.

This will save you the headache of jumping through the necessary hoops & release you from the liability you could incur from costly mistakes.
We'll also be there for you when the Building Inspectors review the work.
